The focus of the TrymGym program is on three core components:
Over the eight weeks of the program, you will exercise twice a week and stay once per week for an education session. The exercise sessions are small group personal training sessions, led by Personal Trainers who are Kinesiologists with advanced certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.They are designed to assist you in meeting your daily activity guidelines and are targeted at weight loss.The education sessions cover behaviour change and nutrition education. A Registered Dietitian will work with you to develop individual guidelines to healthy eating. Learn to change the way you think about healthy living and leave with the tools to make exercise and nutrition a part of your daily routine.
